1)投標(biāo)條件及資格要求：（1）投標(biāo)人須具備在近三年國(guó)內(nèi)外冶金工廠類似壓縮空氣工程項(xiàng)目里采用250Nm3/min離心式空壓機(jī)及≥120m3/min變頻無(wú)油螺桿空壓機(jī)設(shè)備至少1例以上成功應(yīng)用業(yè)績(jī)。 （2）由于項(xiàng)目需現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研、技術(shù)要求高，任何投標(biāo)人希望參與本項(xiàng)目的，均應(yīng)在開(kāi)標(biāo)前與招標(biāo)人聯(lián)系開(kāi)展技術(shù)交流。投標(biāo)人最晚應(yīng)在開(kāi)標(biāo)日五天前與招標(biāo)人聯(lián)系并開(kāi)展技術(shù)交流。未能及時(shí)聯(lián)系開(kāi)展技術(shù)交流并簽訂技術(shù)附件的投標(biāo)人，將被拒絕投標(biāo)。（技術(shù)交流聯(lián)系人***

1)Requirements of Bidder’s qualification：(1)The bidder shall have at least one successful application of 250Nm3/min centrifugal air compressor and (> 120m3/min) frequency conversion oil-free screw air compressor in similar compressed air projects in metallurgical plants at home and abroad in the past three years. (2)As the project requires on-site investigation and high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in the project should contact the tenderer before opening the bid to carry out technical exchanges. The bidder shall contact the tenderer and carry out technical exchanges at the latest five days before the bid opening date. Bidders who fail to communicate and sign technical annexes in time will be rejected. (technical exchange contact: Mr. Xie Fucheng(18927887279)). (3)If the bidder is an agent, the sole authorization of the equipment manufacturer or brand to the bidder shall be provided. The registered capital of the agent enterprise shall not be less than 10 million RMB.

(2)As the project requires on-site investigation and high technical requirements, any bidder who wishes to participate in the project should contact the tenderer before opening the bid to carry out technical exchanges. The bidder shall contact the tenderer and carry out technical exchanges at the latest five days before the bid opening date.
